Class sizes are limited to 6 students so to secure your booking a deposit of $50 needs to be made at the time of booking into the class.
(Deposit is non-refundable, unless we cancel the class)
Payment can be made at the studio by cash or cheque, or via internet banking.
The balance of your fees needs to paid at, or before the commencement of the course.
Payment plans can be arranged on request, just ask.
If you need to cancel a course you’ve booked into, an admin fee of $25 will apply to cancellations or changes to bookings made up to one week prior to class commencement.
Cancellations made within a week of the commencement of class will forfeit the whole booking fee.
Occasionally, if theres not enough bookings for a class to run, the class may be cancelled or postponed. If this happens, Julie Red Projects will notify enrolled participants 48 hours prior to the scheduled class and you will receive a credit for a replacement class or a full refund as required.
It’s your responsibility to attend each class, but if for some reason you can’t, we offer one ‘make-up’ class per person each term. (Week 9) If you’re not absent during the term you get a free class in Week 9!
The make-up class needs to be taken in the same term as your course. Unfortunately we can’t refund it or credit it to the next term.
